Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-8) from Monday to Saturday are eligible to be processed according to our standard handling timeline. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next eligible business day.

Please note that Cavessora does not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders require a handling period of 1 to 5 business days. Handling and fulfillment operations take place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. This handling time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time and Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping transit typically takes 5 to 14 business days. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, depending on carrier availability and destination. Transit times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the United States is 6 to 19 business days, which includes both handling and transit time.

Shipping Costs and Currency

Cavessora offers free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. All prices and shipping-related transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

If your payment is made in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are outside of Cavessora’s control.
